Promenade Site Plan
The Lakefront Promenade features a mini-amphitheatre in the northwest corner of Mill Reserve Park. Traveling up the one-way drive, with a view of the City Hall, would be a walking trail with various plantings. Plaza areas are also available on both the north and south ends of the promenade. A service drive on the west side of the promenade is available to accommodate delivery vehicles and additional parking.
The estimated cost for a Spring 2007 construction of the Lakefront Promenade is $748,212. In addition, the City would have to formally secure property in the area.
