The City Hall floor plan indicates “Police” in blue, “Administration” in green, “Shared Space” in brown, and “Public Space” in yellow. An open lobby with a view of Winsted Lake runs through the length of the building. The lower level (lakeside) features Council Chambers and community rooms with additional lake views.
The estimated cost for Spring 2007 construction of City Hall is $3,235,585.
